Meet Ben

I grew up in these mountains, I bought my first house here, and I’ve spent the last decade helping my neighbors do the same.

I grew up in North Lake Tahoe — the kind of place where everyone knew which houses were for sale before the signs went up. I came down to Reno for college at UNR and never really left. In 2012 I got my real estate license and spent my first few years selling new construction for a local builder. That work taught me the bones of a house: what’s actually expensive to fix, what’s cosmetic, and what to walk away from. In 2016 I earned my broker’s license.

Since then I’ve represented buyers and sellers across Reno, Sparks, Carson City, and the Lake Tahoe basin — first-time buyers stretching into their first home, families relocating from California, and longtime owners finally cashing out. My job isn’t to close the next deal. It’s to give you the advice I’d give my own brother. Sometimes that means not buying the house. Most of my best clients came from other clients telling them to call me — which is the only real metric I care about.
